Our Story

Founded in Dubai with a global presence, OX Hospitality is a boutique consultancy built by professionals who've worked with some of the world's most recognized hospitality brands. We bring a hand-picked network of chefs, operators, designers and investors to create destinations that perform commercially and resonate emotionally.

OX began with a simple observation from inside the industry: the best openings happen when strategy, cuisine and wellbeing are designed together, not handed between departments. So we built a consultancy around exactly that — three complementary disciplines under one roof, backed by a hand-picked network of chefs, operators, designers and investors.

She advises shareholders on whether and how to enter the wellness and longevity space assessing market fit, limitations and risks.She has build award winning concepts from the ground up, backed by a trusted network of clinicians, regulators and investors across the GCC, Europe and Latin America.

Over more than two decades, his career has taken him across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, working with Four Seasons, Shangri-La, St. Regis and Kerzner International. Most recently, he was part of the journey behind One&Only One Za’abeel and The Link, bringing to life one of Dubai’s most ambitious culinary destinations.His experience has shaped a philosophy that combines creativity with discipline: a great dining concept needs a strong identity, an exceptional product and the operational foundations to deliver both consistently.Stephan brings that philosophy to every project creating culinary concepts with character, relevance and a genuine reason for people to return.
